A Message from ADI | American Divers

American Divers International (ADI) is a small, family owned business.  It has existed for 35 years only because of the great support of our loyal, local customers.  Everyone who works and teaches at ADI lives with their family in our community.

Our existence is directly dependent on YOUR support.  When you purchase dive products outside of our local community, our business and, eventually, our community loses!
We recognize that our products can be purchased elsewhere, possibly for less.  The reason some products can be sold for less is usually a result of a loss of services provided.  Your diving safety depends on the periodic service of your equipment.  Additionally, we provide rentals and book you on local and international dive trips.  ADI teaches your children and friends to dive and provide continuing education for all certified divers.  We provide certified pure breathing air for your scuba tanks; and when your diving skills get “rusty”,  you may use  free of charge our heated pool to refresh yourself.  Discount stores and internet equipment sources are not able to provide these basic needs for scuba divers.

ADI is fully staffed, intentionally, to ensure you get good service!   More importantly, our staff is someone from our community, not a faceless voice on the phone, or generic “check-out” icon on the internet.  Our full staff costs money; additionally, our overhead as a small business is more than a discount chain or internet sale.
So, I ask you to support YOUR community dive store so we can continue to support YOU and your community!
